Institution Terms of Service

By connecting your wallet and registering as an issuer on ChainVerify, you agree to the following terms:

1. Data Immutability

You acknowledge that issuing a certificate to the blockchain is a permanent, irreversible action. ChainVerify cannot delete, alter, or revoke a hash once the transaction is confirmed on the Ethereum network.

2. Content Responsibility

The Institution is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the student's identity and academic achievements prior to issuance. ChainVerify acts only as the cryptographic infrastructure and assumes no liability for falsified documents uploaded by an authorized wallet.

3. Fees & Network Costs

A network fee of 0.0005 ETH is required for each issuance. This fee covers blockchain gas costs and platform maintenance and is non-refundable.

4. Revocation of Access

The ChainVerify Master Admin reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke an institution's issuing privileges if fraudulent activity is detected.
